Whitening your teeth can dramatically change your life. Everyone is attracted to a friendly person and a bright healthy smile causes people to want to get to know you better. This is why many people have used over the counter products and teeth whitening systems to brighten their teeth and increase their self-esteem among others.

It is easier to whiten your teeth when you use a whitening toothpaste on a daily basis. The problem is that most teeth whitening toothpastes such as Aquafresh Extreme Clean Whitening or Colgate Multi-Protection Whitening do not deliver the goods. As you probably figured out, some brands invest more efforts on attractive packaging and clever product names than they do on the active ingredients in the products themselves.

Honestly, it will be unethical (and even misleading) to claim that any whitening toothpaste will actually bleach your teeth. Teeth whitening products do not need FDA approval, and this is exactly why you have to choose wisely.
