I am going to be going to the dentist for a professional teeth cleaning. I would like to have a mold of my teeth taken for a whitening kit. How does this whitening kit work? Do I just squirt the bleach in there?

You put the bleach in a whitening tray then you put it on your teeth. I suggest you don’t get your teeth whitened this way. My friend used whitening trays….once. If you accidently get the bleach not on your teeth, it is EXTREMELY painful, and it is more than likely you will do this. Try go smile, or a whitening toothpaste.

i know its bad for your teeth but on a scale from 1-10 how bad?
about how long does the whiteness last?
and are there any products i should use after to help re-strengthen my teeth after?
is it ok to get them professionally whitened twice a year? once a year?

And do you only need it done once? How much does it cost?

No. we do Zoom bleach here and it is very safe for your teeth. It does a great job of whitening your teeth several shades(some peoples teeth do get whiter than others) It takes about 2 hours total in the chair but we give happy gas and TV so it’s not bad at all. Some do experience sensitivity for the rest of that day but the next day it is gone.
